Ⅱ、User privacy protection
1、If we find or receive reports of others or complaints against users in violation of this agreement，we have the right to notify the relevant content at any time,Included but not limited to user information,posting records to review, delete,and depending on the seriousness of the account violations, including but not limited to warning, account blockade, equipment banned, functional banned punishment, and notify the user to deal with the results.

3、The User understands and agrees that the Company shall have the right to punish in violation of the relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement in accordance with the reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal action against any user who violates the law and regulations, and report relevant information to relevant departments according to relevant laws and regulations. , The user should bear all the resulting legal liability.
4、The User understands and agrees that any claim, demand or loss, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred by any third party claiming, resulting from or resulting from the User's breach of this Agreement,The user shall indemnify the Company and the cooperative company and the associated company against damage.
Ⅲ、The user publishes the content specification

2、Users may not use our platform account or the service to create, upload, copy, publish, disseminate the following laws, regulations and policies prohibited content:

(3) Damage to national honor and interests;

(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigation of crime;
(8) Insult or slander others, against the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(9) Contain other information prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
3、Users may not use our account or the service to create, upload, copy, publish, disseminate the following interference with the normal operation of our company, as well as infringement of other users or third parties the legitimate rights and interests of the content:

2、Effect of this Agreement,interpretation and resolution of disputes shall apply to the laws of the People's Republic of China.If the user and I have any disputes between the Division or controversy,First of all should be friendly consultations to resolve, consultation fails,The user agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the jurisdiction of the people's court of the place where the company has jurisdiction.
3、Nothing in this Agreement shall, for any reason, be invalid or unenforceable,The remaining provisions shall remain in force and shall be binding on both parties.
